Refund policy

Please choose your OTT Knits piece with care. Each item is unique and hand knitted with limited yarn and as such cannot be returned for change of mind.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect your garment(s) carefully for any damage. Please also keep in mind that as each piece is handmade, minor imperfections may occur.

If your order has been damaged during delivery or if you believe it to be faulty in any way, please get in touch as soon as possible with relevant photos and information so that we can work to resolve the situation in a timely manner. 

In the event that you require a refund due to damage, this will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days of being accepted, and you will be provided a return bag/shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
