Shipping policy

All orders will receive free tracked shipping and be sent via overnight courier with NZ Post.

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive email notification and tracking information.

For standard NZ addresses the target delivery time is 1-3 working days depending on where you are in the country, however please note that this is subject to change during public holidays, busier seasons with higher demand and other unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather events.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days please get in touch so that we are able to look into things with the courier company. 

We currently do not offer international shipping.
